It's good every so often just to take a look at the makings of a very basic delicious, nutritious, satisfying green smoothie, such as the one that Jason quickly puts together in this video. There is nothing particularly difficult about it at all... stuff in lots of greens (I really favour Cilantro) and get creative with the fruit you use. The simpler you keep it the easier it usually is on your digestion.
