Put the following into your blender:
- 1 C. Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
- 2 Lg. Handful of Baby Spinach
- 1-2 chopped, cored Apples of choice
- Raw Honey or Stevia or Maple Syrup to sweeten (optional)
- Filtered Water to smoothie quantity you desire
p.s. Happy Thanksgiving-- but you CAN make this smoothie any time.. it is high in antioxidants, Vitamin C and iron-- cranberries are an inhibitor of urinary tract infections (without added processed sugars).
