(the following sweet recipe came to me from Stacey Terry, part of the 21-Day Green Smoothie Detox team)

Mom's Glass of Green Gratitude

Ingredients:

1 mango for all the tangles you untangled
1 starfruit for helping every wish upon a star come true
1 banana for all the monkeying around you put up with
1 handful of dandelion greens for making sure I grew like a weed
1 handful of butter lettuce to butter you up for every "oops" and "uh oh"
1 very important date to remind me to tell you how much I love and appreciate you

Directions:

Serve with gratitude and kisses each and every year.
